为了检查国家教委两个文件落实程度,掌握文献检索与利用课发展状况,更好地推动它前进,去年11月27～29日举行的文献检索与利用课系列教材编审委员会第七次(扩大)会议决定对我国高校情报用户教育现状进行调研,由吴观国、来新夏、肖自力任顾问,责成江乃武、朱天俊、潘树广主持。会后随即拟订了子课题,确定了相应的主持人(详见各分报告)。调研过程中得到了各有关省(市、区)高校图工委和有关高校、专家学者的支持,经过几个月的努力,现已完成任务,兹综合报告如下。由于这次调研时间仓促,准备工作不足,抽查所得数据既有重复,也难免疏漏,因而描绘与结论可能偏颇,敬请各界人士指正。
In order to check the implementation of the two documents of the State Education Commission and grasp the development of the document retrieval and utilization courses so as to better promote its progress, the Seventh (Extended) Series of Textbook Editing and Examination Committee for Literature Retrieval and Utilization held on November 27-29 last year, The conference decided to conduct an investigation into the current situation of users of information and intelligence in Chinese colleges and universities. From Wu Guoguo to Xinsha and Xiao Zili, they consulted with Jiang Naowu, Zhu Tianjun and Pan Shuguang. Immediately after the meeting, a sub-topic was drafted to determine the corresponding host (for details, see each sub-report). During the course of the research, we got the support of the college work committees and relevant universities, experts and scholars in relevant provinces (cities, districts). After several months of hard work, we have now completed the task. The comprehensive report is as follows. Due to the hasty and inadequate preparation of the survey, the data obtained from spot checks are both repetitive and inevitable. As a result, the delineation and conclusion may be biased.
