本文共分四章,针对图书、情报、档案一体化组织管理趋势,着重从以下几方面论述有关文献信息系统的组织管理问题。在第一章中,首先阐明了与文献系统组织管理有关的几个概念:文献信息、文献信息系统和文献信息系统的组织管理等,并概括地阐述了组织管理对系统发展的作用。在论述文献信息系统的范畴时,笔者指出:其范畴可有泛指与专指之分,泛指的文献信息系统应包括文献信息的生产、销售以及收藏和提供服务的所有机构,而专指的文献信息系统则主要指从事文献信息的收藏和提供服务的有关机构,它包括图书馆、情报机构和档案馆等。本文采用专指的文献信息系统概
This article is divided into four chapters, focusing on the management trend of books, intelligence and archives integration organizations, focusing on the following aspects of the organization and management of literature and information systems. In the first chapter, firstly, I clarify several concepts related to the organization and management of document systems: the organization and management of documentary information, documentary information systems and documentary information systems, and the role of organization management in system development. When discussing the category of document information system, the author points out that its category can be divided into general and specific terms. The generalized document information system should include all the institutions that produce and sell documentary information and collect and provide services. The Bibliographic Information System mainly refers to the relevant agencies engaged in the collection and provision of documents and information, including libraries, intelligence agencies and archives.
