营销作为一个企业的发展重中之重,因此,我们可以说一个优秀的营销人才就是一个优秀的企业家。那么,我们在现实中如何建立一个良好的有利营销人才成长的机制?1、营销员是企业的潜在创新人才,是值得企业家高度重视和关心的业务尖子,是企业兴旺发达的宝贵人才资源。因而,企业家要千方百计地为他们提供创新的环境,激发他们创新的积极性。2、要给予营销人才相当的政治荣誉,使其为社会做出的贡献与其荣誉成正比。应该在全社会中包括省、市劳动模范中有营销人才的比例,其中包括大张旗鼓地进行表彰。
