教育是一项极其复杂而又系统的人才工程,它不但要在学生的头脑里建造一座知识大厦,而且要在学生的心里塑造一个美的灵魂。班级是培养学生的一个基本单位,是培养学生全面发展的一个摇蓝。班主任是班级管理的引路人,而学生既是班级管理的对象,又是班级管理的主体,学生干部则是班级管理的主要角色。一个纪律严明、健康向上的优秀班集体,不仅要有良好的班风班貌,更要有一支素质良好、能够独立工作的班干部队伍。因为,班干部是一个班集体的骨干和核心,是班主任的得力助手,是班级工作顺利开展的保证。有了这样的班干部队伍,班级才会有活力,才会有发展。
