本文描述了多缸内燃机气体交换过程的模拟程序,同时亦讨论了该程序在转速和负荷都变化的汽车发动机上的应用。 本模拟程序适应性较广,对现今使用的各种高速汽车发动机的进、排气系统都能应用。为了提高预测精度,使用了有限差分法解系统中的气体动力方程。此外,还应用了修正的等压理论来模拟进、排气系统中的分支。 为了评定本模拟程序的精度,将预测结果和实验数据进行了对比,结果是令人满意的。
This paper describes a simulation program for the gas exchange process of a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine and discusses the application of this program to a car engine with both variable speed and load. The adaptability of this simulation program is broad and can be applied to the intake and exhaust systems of various high-speed automotive engines used today. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, the finite difference method is used to solve the aerodynamic equation in the system. In addition, a modified isobaric theory was applied to model the branching in the intake and exhaust systems. In order to assess the accuracy of this simulation program, the predicted results are compared with the experimental data and the results are satisfactory.
