世界新科技革命的蓬勃兴起和我国社会主义现代化建设,要求历史教学必须改革,而发展智能是历史教学改革的必由之路。中学历史教学智能培养的任务要求包含着三个基本的层次,即培养学生的一般能办(基础层次)特殊能力(中心层次)和创造能力(最高层次)。在历史教学中,要使智能培养任务和要求真正落实并收到高效能,就必须要处理好“双基”教学与智能培养的关系,充分发挥教学“两主”作用、善于创设“问题情境”和努力开辟第二课堂。
