凡是裸眼视力1.0的一般称为视力不良。造成视力不良的原因很多。例如屈光不正(近视、远视、散光)其它眼病,以及某些全身性疾病等。我们局直小学生当中发生的视力不良,其中大部分是近视情屈光不正。根据三年来体检调查情况,发现有42.9％的小学生有视力不良情况,为此,我们采取了以下措施予以防治,起到了较好效果. 1、合理安排生活制度,结合教学改革,减轻学习负担,保证学生足够的休息、睡眼和课外活动,认真上好上满体育课,课间必须都到操场上做室外游戏、做好体育达标这一关。 2、注意阅读、书写卫生、改善学习环境 (1)要求学生在课堂上坐位姿势要正、脊柱正直,读写时不前倾,不耸肩,不歪头,前胸不受压迫,大腿呈水
