23岁,因妊娠20周,腹胀痛伴头晕头痛2天于1986年3月17日入院。末次月经1985年10月26日,停经40天有早孕反应,停经4月有胎动感,有高血压病史。因头晕于3月4日及14日在门诊检查:宫底脐下1横指,胎位欠清,胎心音未听到。血压140/90,下肢Ⅰ度水肿,谢绝住院治疗。3月16日上午9时腹痛加重,下午4时阴道少量出血而留观察。经止血、输液对症治疗,腹痛仍继续加剧。3月17日晨1时许,
