孕妇、32岁,农民,第6次妊娠,于1986年4月11日来我站要求引产。自述无阴道出血史,历次分娩正常,此次孕两月后曾揉胎。查体:一般情况正常,产道无异常,化验无异见。未发现引产禁忌症,BP120/80mmHg,而行引产术。羊膜腔穿刺回吸羊水为血性,但不混浊。注射利凡诺液4ml。(100mg),同时行宫颈内插管。次日上午恐胎死,羊水回吸收,即行大月份剖宫术。手术顺利。术中宫颈注射催产素20u。术后两小
