在中石油系统,辽阳石化公司曾是一个亏损大户,其亏损额最高时达到过15亿多元。2002年春,沈殿成出任辽阳石化公司总经理。在他的领导下,辽阳石化公司经过两年的“强身壮骨”,实现盈利4.58亿元,创造了中石油系统的一个童话。广大职工也感受到了沈殿成给辽阳石化公司带来的春天般的气息。
In the PetroChina system, Liaoyang Petrochemical Company was a big loser, the highest loss reached more than 1.5 billion yuan. In the spring of 2002, Shen Diancheng acted as general manager of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company. Under his leadership, Liaoyang Petrochemical Company achieved a profit of 458 million yuan after a two-year “strong physique” and created a fairy tale for PetroChina’s oil system. The majority of workers also felt the atmosphere of spring that Shen Diancheng brought to Liaoyang Petrochemical Company.
