英语是一门人文学科,也是一种交际工具,培养学生初步运用英语交际和思维的能力是初中英语教学的目标,高质量的训练与检测是达成目标的关键。我到广南县北宁中心学校支教后发现,农村初中的班级人数都较多,一般都有五、六十人,甚至多达七十余人。这样的班额十分不利于英语课堂教学的开展:学生太多,训练的机会有限,教师难以及时检测以获得学生反馈的信息,难以及时对教学中的失误采取补救措施。在这种教学环境下,如果我们不想办法改进教学
