2002年9月10日,国际会计师公会与中国教育服务中心在北京东湖别墅联合举办了中外会计交流会,暨:国际会计师公会——中国教育服务中心合作签约仪式。伴随着中国加入 WTO,越来越多的外资企业到中国来投资,同时中资企业也不断加强境外的投资,这就要求会计师能够和国际同步。为使中国会计界与国际接轨,中国教育服务中心顺应市场经济发展的要求,为“国际会计师公会”引入中国提供了全方位、多角度的软硬件支持。国际会计师公会(A.I.A)成立于1928年,是英国首家专门培养会计人才的国际性组织,AIA 是国际会计
On September 10, 2002, the International Association of Accountants and the China Education Service Center jointly organized a Chinese and foreign accounting exchange meeting at Beijing East Lake Villa. The signing ceremony was jointly signed by the International Association of Accountants - China Education Service Center. With China’s accession to the WTO, more and more foreign-funded enterprises are investing in China. Meanwhile, Chinese-funded enterprises are continuously strengthening their overseas investments. This requires that accountants be able to synchronize with the rest of the world. In order to bring Chinese accounting circles into line with international standards, China Education Service Center complied with the requirements of market economy and provided all-round and multi-angle hardware and software support for the introduction of “International Association of Accountants” into China.
