本文提出在铸管生产中采用四块分开模(以下简称模块)组成的一个中空的圆形型腔,这些模块本身又必须具有随铸管自方向左(或自左向右)移动的功能.当钢水注入型腔后、在铸管机(主机)离心力的作用下形成的铸管冷凝到规定温度,在拉管机的牵动下带动模块经一定方向翻开,铸管即能脱模.从而避免了连续铸管生产中铸管坯与模子间的巨大摩擦力问题,以使铸管生产的连续性能够得到实现.
In this paper, a hollow circular cavity consisting of four separate molds (hereinafter referred to as modules) is proposed in the production of castings. These modules themselves must also have the function of moving left (or left to right) with the cast pipe from the direction. When the molten steel is poured into the cavity, the cast pipe formed by the centrifugal force of the casting machine (main machine) is condensed to the specified temperature, and driven by the pulling machine, the module is opened in a certain direction and the cast pipe is demolded. The problem of huge friction between the casting blank and the mold in the continuous casting pipe production is avoided so that the continuity of the production of the casting pipe can be realized.
