本刊讯国务院办公厅日前向黑龙江省人民政府发出通知,原则同意修订后的《牡丹江市城市总体规划(2006年—2020年)》。通知原则同意《总体规划》确定的1351平方公里城市规划区范围。要求在规划区内实行城乡统一规划管理。适当调整用地布局,逐步形成由主城区和外围铁岭河镇、桦林镇和温春镇等组成的组团式用地布局结构。要以牡丹江市主城区为中心,以滨绥线铁路和301国道,图佳线铁路和201国道为轴线,形成合理的城镇群。在市域城镇体系规划指导下,做好县域城镇体系规划,促进城乡协调发展。
In a few days ago, the general office of the State Council issued a circular to the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province, agreeing in principle with the revised “Overall Urban Planning of Mudanjiang City (2006-2020)”. The principle of notification agrees with the scope of the urban planning area of 1351 square kilometers as determined in the Master Plan. Requires the implementation of unified planning and management of urban and rural areas in the planning area. Appropriate adjustment of land use layout, and gradually formed by the main urban area and the surrounding Tielinghe town, Hualin town and Wen Chun town group structure layout. To Mudanjiang City as the center of the main city to Bin Sui line railway and 301 National Road, Tujia Line and 201 National Road as the axis, the formation of a reasonable town group. Under the guidance of planning of municipal urban system, do a good job in the planning of urban system of the county and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
