本设计针对立井提升系统,采用可编程控制器(PLC)作为主控件,对交流提升机设计了调速无触点电控系统。实现了立井提升手动、自动调速系统。可编程序控制器作为继电器控制盘的替代物,它的好处是很显然的。可编程序控制器除了外部接点外,内部提供了无穷多的各类触点、辅助继电器,其功能大大扩展了。由于是计算机产品,使程序的易修性、可靠性、通用性、易扩展性、易维护性都大大提高。加上其体积小巧、安装调试方便,使设计加工周期大大缩短,利用在提升机系统上,可以更方便控制、更改提升过程。
