目的了解铜陵市学龄前儿童忽视和行为问题状况,探讨两者之间的关联,为儿童行为问题的干预提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,从铜陵市三个区的幼儿园中抽取1 622名儿童,其中男生837名,女生785名;3岁组295名,4岁组607名,5岁组527名,6岁组193名;采用Conners父母用问卷和中国城市学龄前儿童忽视量表对儿童家长进行问卷调查。结果铜陵市学龄前儿童忽视率为35.5%,行为问题的检出率为13.4%,忽视组行为问题检出率显著高于未受忽视组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),受忽视儿童的行为问题各因子得分均高于未受到忽视儿童,有行为问题的儿童忽视各层面的得分均高于行为正常儿童。情感层面忽视与行为各因子相关(r分别为0.34、0.41、0.16、0.34、0.23、0.40,均P<0.05);教育层面忽视与行为各因子相关(r分别为0.23、0.27、0.12、0.18、0.20、0.24,均P<0.05)。结论铜陵市学龄前儿童忽视较为普遍,行为问题比较多见,忽视与行为问题相关。
Objective To understand the status of neglect and behavioral problems of preschool-age children in Tongling City and to explore the relationship between the two, so as to provide a scientific basis for the intervention of children’s behavioral problems. Methods Stratified sampling method was used to draw 1 622 children, including 837 boys and 785 girls, from 3 kindergartens in Tongling City. There were 295 3-year-olds, 607 4-year-olds and 527 5-year-olds. Age group of 193; using the questionnaire by Conners parents and China City preschool children neglect scale questionnaire survey of children’s parents. Results The prevalence of pre-school children in Tongling City was 35.5%, and the rate of behavior problems was 13.4%. The detection rate of behavior problems in neglected group was significantly higher than that in non-neglected group (P <0.05) Children’s behavioral problems scored higher in each factor than children who did not neglect, and children with behavioral problems ignored all levels more than children with normal behaviors. Emotional level neglect and behavioral factors (r = 0.34,0.41,0.16,0.34,0.23,0.40, all P <0.05); educational level neglect and behavioral factors (r = 0.23,0.27,0.12,0.18, 0.20, 0.24, all P <0.05). Conclusion Tongling preschool children neglect more common, behavior problems are more common, ignorance and behavioral problems.
