目的探究干扰素雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法选取2013年8月~2014年8月来我院就诊的疱疹性咽峡炎患者55例为研究对象，将其分成两组，对照组使用传统方式治疗，治疗组在此基础上，使用超声雾化干扰素α进行治疗，疗程结束后，观察两组患者治疗效果，疱疹消失时间和住院时间。结果经过治疗之后，对照组治疗有效率为82.14%，治疗组有效率为96.30%。从总有效率上来看，观察组和对照组相比，组间数据存在差异，<0.05。从临床症状好转和住院天数上来看，观察组时间明显比对照组短，组间数据存在统计学意义，<0.05。结论对疱疹性咽峡炎患者使用干扰素α进行雾化吸入治疗，能够取得较为满意的治疗效果。“,”Objective To explore the ef ect of interferon atomization inhalation treatment of herpangina.Methods A total of August2013 to August 2014to our hospital of herpangina with 55 cases as the object of study,divided into two groups,the control group using the traditional treatment,treatment group on the basis of this,using ultrasonic atomization interferon alpha treatment,after the end of treatment,observed two groups of patients treatment ef ect,bleb disappear time and hospitalization time.Results After treatment,the ef ective rate of the control group was 82.14%,the ef ective rate was 96.30%in the treatment group.Total ef iciency from the point of view observed group and the control group compared to the data between groups dif erences, <0.05.According to the clinical symptom improvement and hospitalization of view,observation time group obviously than in the control group,the group of data are significant, <0.05.Conclusion On herpetic angina patients using alpha interferon atomization inhalation treatment,can obtain satisfactory therapeutic ef ect.
