随着“全面依法治国”战略方针的提出,法治教育成为公民生活中不可或缺的重要部分。高职院校中公共基础课“思想道德修养与法律基础”是对大学生进行法治教育的主渠道。针对高职院校法治教育目前存在的问题,通过科学设置课程、提升师资力量、强化学生法治实践等环节优化法治教育路径,切实提高法治教育实效性,促进学生树立法治观念、增强法律知识、提升法治能力。
With the proposed “comprehensively governing the country according to law” principle, education for the rule of law has become an indispensable and important part of the life of citizens. The basic public course of higher vocational colleges “ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis ” is the main channel of law education for college students.
