目的探讨对新诊断2型糖尿病患者选择胰岛素泵+二甲双胍缓释片加以治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2014年3月—2016年7月收治的新诊断2型糖尿病患者112例作为研究对象;所有新诊断2型糖尿病患者选择抽签分组的方法;对照组:胰岛素泵;观察组:胰岛素泵+二甲双胍缓释片;对比两组新诊断2型糖尿病患者生理指标评价结果。结果在生理指标评价结果方面,观察组优于对照组新诊断2型糖尿病患者非常明显(P<0.05)。结论对于新诊断2型糖尿病患者的基本表现加以分析,合理选择胰岛素泵+二甲双胍缓释片进行治疗,可以获得显著的血糖控制效果,凸显胰岛素泵+二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients treated with insulin pump and metformin sustained-release tablets. METHODS: A total of 112 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to July 2016 were selected as study objects. All newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were selected by random sampling. Control group: insulin pump; observation group: insulin Pump + metformin sustained-release tablets; compared two groups of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients physiological index evaluation results. Results In the evaluation of physiological indicators, the observation group was superior to the control group newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (P <0.05). Conclusions The basic performance of patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus was analyzed. The rational choice of insulin pump + metformin sustained-release tablets for treatment could achieve significant effect of controlling blood glucose and highlight the clinical value of insulin pump + metformin sustained-release tablets in type 2 diabetic patients .
