我厂从八四年开始试生产高磷铸铁闸瓦,因为高磷铸铁闸瓦具有耐磨性好及制动时火花少等特点。高磷铸铁的成分为:C 2.6~3.1%,Si 2.2~3.0%,Mn 0.8~1.2%,P 2.0~2.5%,S≤0.15%。大家知道,一般铁含磷较低,含锰也不高。要提高磷、锰含量在配料时需加入磷铁和锰铁,而磷铁和锰铁的价格较高,这样将使成本增加。我厂采用包钢产的铌磷铁(价格和普通生铁相近)生产高磷闸瓦以来,不但能保证产品质量,而且每块闸瓦可降低成本0.5元,一年就可节约成本六万元左右。铌磷铁的化学成分为
