目的:了解医疗机构放射诊疗科室技术设备更新状况以及工作人员的基本情况,在确保工作人员的工作安全情况下充分发挥放射诊疗的作用。方法:通过现场检查、信息上报、日常监督等方式获得医疗机构放射诊疗的相关数据。结果:医疗机构在开展放射诊疗的过程中主要存在诊疗场所防护措施不到位、工作人员自我防护意识薄弱、放射诊疗设备检测不及时、放射防护管理职责不明确、放射法律法规与防护知识宣传缺失等问题。结论:在医疗机构中,要加大放射诊疗相关法律法规的宣传的力度,提高工作人员的自我防护意识,改善诊疗场所环境,明确放射防护管理职责,以确保放射诊疗安全有效的进行。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the updated status of technical equipment of radiology treatment departments in medical institutions and the basic conditions of staff members, and give full play to the role of radiotherapy in ensuring the safety of the staff. Methods: Through the field inspection, information reporting, daily supervision and other means to obtain medical institutions radiotherapy data. Results: In the course of carrying out radiotherapy and treatment, medical institutions mainly lacked protective measures in clinic, weak self-protection awareness of staff, improper detection of radiotherapy and treatment equipment, unclear responsibilities of radiological protection management, lack of publicity on radiation laws, regulations and protection knowledge, etc. problem. Conclusion: In medical institutions, we must step up publicity on laws and regulations related to radiotherapy and treatment, raise staff awareness of self-protection, improve the environment of clinics, clarify the responsibilities of radiation protection and management so as to ensure the safe and effective implementation of radiological services.
