2 0 0 3年春天 ,突袭人类的传染性非典型肺炎在中国和世界一些国家的肆虐 ,直接危及人们的健康和生命安全。为增强大家战胜非典疾病的信心 ,并提供一些可供参考和借鉴的经验教训 ,我们遴选出建国后河北省省委、省政府在领导全省抗疫斗争中形成的的有关档案材料共 4份 ,其中既有当时领导机关为防治传染病制定的方针、政策 ,也有防治工作中经验教训的总结。从历史事实中我们可以看到任何传染病的防、治、控都不是一蹴而就的事情 ,传染病的发病存在控而复发的可能 ,但都是可控可防的。有历史的经验做参考 ,有以往的教训供借鉴 ,有全省人民的共同参与 ,有省委、省政府的坚强领导 ,我们必将取得抗击非典战役的最终胜利。———编选者 尚宏雁 辛茹 赵丽洁
In the spring of 2003, the raids on humanity with SARS in China and in some countries in the world were a direct threat to people’s health and safety. In order to enhance everyone’s confidence in overcoming the SARS disease and provide some lessons for reference and reference, we selected a total of 4 relevant archival materials formed by the Hebei provincial government and the provincial government in leading the province’s fight against the disease after the founding of the People’s Republic , Including the guidelines and policies formulated by the leading organs at that time for the prevention and control of infectious diseases as well as the lessons learned from prevention and control work. The incidence of infectious diseases may be controlled and recurrent but both are controllable and preventable. With historical experience as a reference, there are lessons learned for reference.
