实验将同种骨基质明胶(BMG)和脱钙骨基质DBM分别植入大鼠肌肉,以评价BMG的诱导成骨活性。术后2~20天X线摄片和光镜观察的结果显示,BMG骨诱导能力明显优于DBM。作者探讨了肌内诱导成骨的发生机制,BMG骨诱导能力较强的原因和新骨形成伴随有植入物吸收的意义。
Experiments Allograft matrix gelatin (BMG) and decalcified bone matrix DBM were implanted into rat muscle to evaluate the osteogenic activity of BMG. The results of X-ray and light microscopy 2 to 20 days after operation showed that BMG was more effective than DBM in inducing bone. The authors explored the mechanism of intramuscular induction of osteogenesis, the reason for the strong osteoinductivity of BMGs, and the importance of new bone formation with implant absorption.
