人才培养水平评估有两个基本的原则,一是评软不评硬,二是评动不评静。本文针对水利工程专业人才培养方案如何深化为这样一个软件建设进行了探讨,并针对其支撑条件动态连续建设阐明了自己的观点与方法。
There are two basic principles for assessing the level of personnel training. One is to judge hard and soft, and the other is to evaluate hard. This paper discusses how to deepen water conservancy engineering talent training program for such a software construction, and expounds its own opinions and methods according to the dynamic and continuous construction of its supporting conditions.
