目的研究苦豆子种子凝集素粗品对几种常见细菌的抑制作用。方法获得不同硫酸铵饱和度下苦豆子种子凝集素粗品,用鸡血和鼠血红细胞分别检测其凝集活性,并以表皮葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、臭鼻克雷伯菌等9种细菌作为供试菌,比较不同硫酸铵饱和度下凝集素粗品的抑菌活性。结果苦豆子种子凝集素粗品对鸡、鼠血红细胞有不同程度的凝集作用,对9种供试菌均有抑菌活性,其中对福氏志贺氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、类产碱假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌的抑制效果明显。结论结果表明苦豆子凝集素粗品具有抑制细菌生长的作用,其中对所选革兰氏阴性菌(G-)的抑菌效果好,本研究为苦豆子凝集素将来进一步开发成临床抗菌药物提供了实验依据。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of crude lectin from Sophora alopecuroides on several common bacteria. Methods The crude lectin from Sophora alopecuroides seedlings was obtained under different ammonium sulfate saturations. The coagulation activity was determined by using chicken blood and rat erythrocytes. Nine kinds of bacteria, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis and Klebsiella spp. Antibacterial activity of crude agglutinin compared with different ammonium sulfate saturation. Results The crude lectin from Sophora alopecuroides seedlings had agglutination to different degrees of hematopoietic cells in chicken and rat, and had antibacterial activities on nine kinds of tested bacteria, among which, Shigella flexneri, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Alkalipine and Escherichia coli inhibitory effect is obvious. Conclusion The results showed that the crude lectin from Sophora alopecuroids has the effect of inhibiting the growth of bacteria, and the antibacterial effect against the selected Gram-negative bacteria (G-) is good. The study provided the further development of Sophora lectin into clinical antibacterials in the future Experimental basis.
