我场于一九六六年开始营建杉木嫁接种子园。初搞时,接株偏冠严重,不仅树型不好看,结实层薄,种子产量低,而且常常易遭风雨和冰雪折损。为了解决这个问题,我场“三结合”科学实验小组,遵照毛主席的教导,发扬破除迷信,解放思想,敢想敢干的革命精神,通过反复试验,使接株正冠率由原来的百分之二十,提高到百分之七十以上,生长速度提高了百分之八十至一百二十,最快年高生长达二点零二米,径粗五厘米,轮生枝数4—6轮,接后第二年普遍开花结果。我们的具体作法是“两选”、“四改”。
In 1966, I started the construction of Chinese fir grafting seed orchard. In the early stages, the strain was heavily grafted on the crown. Not only the trees did not look good, the stratum was thin, the seed yield was low, and they were often vulnerable to wind, rain and snow damage. In order to solve this problem, our scientific experiment team of “three combinations” follows the teachings of Chairman Mao and carries forward the revolutionary spirit of breaking superstition, emancipating the mind and daring to think and dare to do so. Through trial and error, Twenty percent increased to more than 70 percent, the growth rate increased 80 percent to 120 percent, the fastest annual high growth of 2.02 meters, diameter of 5 cm, the number of rotation 4 -6 rounds, then the next year the general flowering result. Our specific approach is “two elections” and “four changes.”
