今年以来,因工作关系接触到一些林业区划的事,去实地看了慈溪县彭东乡林业区划成果实施的现场,并听看了鄞县下水乡、遂昌县三仁乡区划成果实施的经验介绍和总结。现从三个乡的林业区划成果实施的有关问题,提几点看法。现在全省市、地、县林业区划的阶段性任务都已经完成,各地正转入实施的试点工作,今提出供参考。
