医院青年科技人员,医院科技发展的生力军,是二十一世纪医学事业发展的希望。但近些年来,在医院系统里经常听到一些中层领导反映:“现在的青年人思想活跃。不安心工作,素质太差”。对这些反映,笔者做了一些调查工作,发现老同志有老同志的说法,青年同志也有青年同志的说法,新老同志的思想认识差距较大,归根到底,还是两代人乏思想沟通,没有形成共识。造成目前这种思想隔阂,原因是多方面的,既有青年人自身存在的一些问题,也有人们对现代青年人的思想认识偏差问题,两代人互
The hospital’s young scientists and technicians, and the vital force for the development of hospital science and technology, are hopes for the development of the medical cause in the 21st century. However, in recent years, some middle-level leaders have often been heard in the hospital system: “Young people are active now. They are uneasy and have poor quality”. In response to these reflections, the author did some investigation work and found out that old comrades had old comrades. Young comrades also had young comrades. Old and old comrades had a wide gap in ideological understanding. In the final analysis, they still lacked ideological communication between the two generations. Form consensus. The cause of this current ideological gap lies in many aspects. There are some problems that exist among young people themselves, and there is also a problem of people’s misunderstanding of the ideology of modern young people.
