武汉市京剧团的同志們在向党交心中,暴露出思想上的资产阶級个人主义,政治上的中間派,紅专关系上的只专不紅的思想,在剧团中都相当严重的存在着。针对着这些問題,剧团在群众中开展了一次辯論。暴露出的資产阶級个人主义思想中,特別突出的是个人主义名利观点。有的說,人生在世就是为名为利,人离开了名利,就不可能有上进心。有的說,一切都是假的,人民幣是真的,人民幣万岁,为人民幣服务;交心不交心,沒有用,因为我的問題是需要每月120元才能解决。有的說,我像得了相思病一样,朝思暮想,昼夜失眠,一心想成名演員。剧团为了搞臭資产阶級个人主义,提出了“个人主义有无积極性”的問題辯論。在辯論中,有人說,很多人都說个人主义是臭东西,因此我不敢公开地来拥护个人主义,但我觉得个人主义有好处,它支持了我起三更、爬半夜地来勤学苦練,使我的技术有了很大进步。我觉得个人主义就像臭豆腐一样,虽臭还很好吃。有的說,有些人練功,它的动力虽然是个人主
