人参是名贵中药之一,若保管不当,则易变异、变质。虽保管的方法较多,但采用冷藏法则需专用的制冷设备和仓库,耗资很大;如用木箱密封保藏,则很难保证夏秋两季不发生虫害,故必须采用熏蒸剂熏蒸才能保证等。而笔者将人参与乙醇同贮却收到满意的效果。其法介绍如下: 备一个能密封的上下一般大的金属箱或其它器皿和一个金属盘(不锈钢)或广口钵,盘的直径应比箱底直径约少1/3,高不超过箱高的1/5,将盘放入箱 1992年第14卷第9期
