研究了我国 2 3°~ 4 7°N、86°~ 12 7°E范围内 92个地电台、2 0 7个测道自建台至 1997年的地电阻率变化 ,得到以下认识 :( 1) 1976、1980~ 1981、1985~ 1986、1988、1991、1994年和 1997年全国范围 4 5 0 %~ 58 0 %的地电台显示 1年尺度地电阻率异常 (以下简称“异常高潮期”)。异常高潮期与大陆及周边MS≥ 7 1强震活动 ,MS≥ 5 0地震丛集活动、地球自转加速年份和减速过程中明显趋于加速的年份相对应 ;西北、西南和华北 -东北各区异常高潮期主要集中在上述年份 ,与各区内MS≥ 5 0地震丛集活动的年份明显对应。这表明地电阻率异常确实反应了地壳力学状态变化 ,地电阻率观测在地震预报中有实际意义。( 2 ) 1974~ 1997年的 2 4年中 ,映震异常占异常总数的 38 2 7% ,无震异常占 61 73% ,表明地电阻率观测场兆相当丰富。( 3)地球自转加速年份和减速过程中明显趋于加速年份中大陆边界动力加强 ,促成了地电阻率异常高潮期、MS≥ 7 1强震活动、MS≥ 5 0地震丛集活动年份之间的对应关系 ;中国大陆及区域性应力、构造、介质等条件对显示异常、强震活动、MS≥ 5 0地震丛集活动起了积极作用。( 4 )地电阻率异常高潮期与地震活动性、地球自转速度变化明显对应 ;强震周围异常“时空强”演化与活动构造和发震
The ground resistivity changes of 92 ground stations in the range of 2 3 ° ~ 4 7 ° N and 86 ° ~ 12 7 ° E in China and 207 sets of self-built stations from 1997 to 1997 have been studied. The results are as follows: (1 ) 1976, 1980 ~ 1981, 1985 ~ 1986, 1988, 1991, 1994 and 1997 A total of 405 ~ 580% of the country’s terrestrial stations showed a 1-year geo- resistivity anomaly (hereinafter referred to as “abnormal climax” . The anomalous climates correspond to the MS ≥ 7 1 strong earthquakes in the mainland and its surroundings, the cluster activities of MS ≥ 50 earthquakes, the accelerated years of Earth’s rotation and the accelerating years in the process of deceleration. The anomalous climates in the areas of Northwest, Southwest and North China-Northeast The periods are mainly concentrated in the above years, corresponding to the years of MS ≥50 earthquakes in all districts. This indicates that the earth resistivity anomaly does indeed reflect the change of the crustal mechanics state, and the earth resistivity observation has practical significance in the earthquake prediction. (2) In the 24 years from 1974 to 1997, the anomalies of the anomalies accounted for 38.27% of the total number of anomalies and 61.73% of the anomalies without anomalies, indicating that the earth resistivity observation meteorological field is quite rich. (3) Earth’s acceleration accelerates and slows down obviously, accelerating the dynamic boundary of the continental boundary in the years, which leads to the climatic anomaly of earth resistivity, MS≥7 1 strong earthquakes, and MS≥50 earthquakes. Corresponding relationship; the conditions of stress, tectonic and media in the Chinese mainland and the region played an active role in showing the cluster anomalies, strong earthquakes and MS≥50 earthquakes. (4) The abnormally high climatic period of earth resistivity corresponds to the change of seismic activity and the earth’s rotation speed.
