对菊花“绿牡丹”的花瓣培养,按国内一般采用的培养基MS+BA3mg/L+NAA1mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂6g/L,多次试验,只能使试验材料长出芽丛,而不能成苗.将此培养基中的NAA由1mg/L改为2mg/L.实验材料抽梢成苗.当实验材料长出大量芽丛时,转入MS+NAAO.2mg/L+GA_3 10mg/L的培养基上,能抽出大量新梢.再经生根培养和精心管理.当年10～11月即可开花,其中可以产生较多的变异植株.
The petals of chrysanthemum “green peony” were cultured in the same way as the commonly used medium MS + BA3mg / L + NAA1mg / L + sucrose 30g / L + agar 6g / L. The medium NAA was changed from 1mg / L to 2mg / L. The experimental materials were sprouted into seedlings.When a large number of buds were grown, the medium was transferred to MS + NAAO.2mg / L + GA 3 10mg / L medium, can extract a large number of new shoots and then by rooting culture and careful management .10 to November that year to flowering, which can produce more mutants.
