曲线墙模一般可用四种方法成模,即工厂或现场制作固定半径的横撑、可调节半径的横撑及定型模板。美国的模板生产厂家在此四种方法的基础上生产出完整的曲线模板体系,例如:用钢面板、竖向钢加劲杆、及具有固定半径或可调节半径的钢肋制作全钢曲线模板;还有一些厂家用标准的模板木材或工厂生产的模板构件制作曲模所需的具有固定或可调节曲率半径的横撑。在施工现场,可把竖向构件连接在弯曲横撑上,再把胶合板钉在竖向构件上拼装成弯曲墙模。
Curved wall molds can generally be molded in four ways, that is, factory or on-site production of fixed-radius cross-brace, adjustable-radius cross-brace, and finalized formwork. U.S. template manufacturers produce a complete curved formwork system based on these four methods. For example, steel steel panels, vertical steel stiffeners, and steel ribs with fixed radius or adjustable radius are used to make all steel curve templates; Still other manufacturers use standard formwork wood or factory-produced formwork members to make transverse supports with a fixed or adjustable radius of curvature required for the mold. In the construction site, the vertical members can be connected to the curved cross brace, and the plywood is nailed to the vertical members to be assembled into a curved wall mold.
