In order to study the influence of A-type and C-type behaviors on the mental and physical health of retired cadres, behavioral types were measured by A-type and C-type behavioral scales and psychosomatic fitness was measured by Cornell Medical Scale. The results showed that 153 of the A-type behavior of 52 people accounted for 34.0%, C-type behavior of 19 people accounted for 12.5%. A-type behavior of mental health than non-A total score higher. The difference is extremely significant. Compared with the health of each system, the A-type behaviors were higher than non-A-type scores except for respiratory, circulatory, skin and non-A-type behavior. The difference was significant. Compared with non-C-type behavior, C-type behavior had higher total score and system score than the latter. But not statistically significant.
