为进一步推动科技咨询服务工作,中国科协第三次科技咨询服务工作会议于1986年4月1日至4日在北京召开。中央国家机关有关部门、全国性学会协会、研究会、各省市自治区科协等250个单位的代表参加了会议。我学会受中国物理学会的委托,也派代表参加了会议。科协党组书记李宝恒同志、国家科委副主任郭树岩同志就有关科技咨询服务工作问题作了重要讲话,会议重新制定了《科协系统科技咨询服务费用收支管理办法》,不久将颁布实施。
In order to further promote the scientific and technological consulting services, the third conference of China Association for Science and Technology Consulting Services held in Beijing from April 1 to April 4, 1986. The relevant departments of the central state organs, the National Association of Societies, research associations, science and technology associations of provinces, autonomous regions and other representatives of 250 units attended the meeting. I learned to be commissioned by the Chinese Society of Physics, also sent representatives to attend the meeting. Comrade Li Baoheng, secretary of the Party Committee of the Association for Science and Technology, Comrade Guo Shuyan, deputy director of the State Science and Technology Commission made an important speech on the issue of scientific and technological consulting services. The meeting re-formulated the Measures for the Management of Revenue and Expenditure of Scientific and Technological Consultation Services of the Science and Technology Association System and will promulgate the implementation soon.
