应用三波长分光光度法,不经分离直接测定复方麻黄碱片中盐酸苯海拉明和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。经实验精选出测定前者的组合波长为238nm、243nm、258.5nm,测定后者的组合波长为240nm、250nm、266.1nm。适量样品经0.1N H_2SO_4溶解,过滤,续滤液在精选波长处测定吸收度,从公式计算其含量。测得盐酸苯海拉明的平均回收率为99.7±0.57%,盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率为99.5±0.71%,符合制剂分析的要求。
Three-wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and ephedrine hydrochloride in compound ephedrine tablets without separation. The experimental results show that the combined wavelength of the former is 238nm, 243nm and 258.5nm, and the combination of the latter is 240nm, 250nm and 266.1nm. The appropriate amount of sample was dissolved in 0.1N H 2 SO 4, filtered and the filtrate was measured for absorbance at selected wavelengths to calculate its content from the formula. The average recovery of diphenhydramine hydrochloride was 99.7 ± 0.57% and the average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride was 99.5 ± 0.71%, which was in line with the requirements of formulation analysis.
