【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)与儿童血铅水平的关系。【方法】使用原子吸收光谱法,对162例ADHD儿童和同期在儿保门诊进行体检的181例健康儿童的血铅水平进行比较分析。【结果】ADHD儿童的血铅明显高于对照组儿童的血铅水平(P<0.01)。ADHD儿童中男童的高血铅率显著高于女童(P<0.05),不同年龄阶段铅中毒率具差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】ADHD与儿童高血铅水平相关,积极开展儿童防铅工作对ADHD的治疗具有一定的意义。
【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and blood lead levels in children. 【Method】 The blood lead levels of 162 children with ADHD and 181 healthy children undergoing child health checkup during the same period were compared by atomic absorption spectrometry. 【Result】 The blood lead of ADHD children was significantly higher than that of control children (P <0.01). The prevalence of high blood lead in boys with ADHD was significantly higher than that in girls (P <0.05). There was significant difference in lead poisoning rates among different age groups (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 ADHD is associated with high blood lead levels in children. It is of great significance to actively prevent children from taking lead in the treatment of ADHD.
