《中华人民共和国药典》二部(一九七七年版)正文都记载了各类药品的分子式(有的还有结构式)和分子量,唯第663页碘记载的是元素符号和原子量。某些药学文献在含碘制剂中,碘的鉴别和含量测定项也常以“Ⅰ”代表“碘”。元素符号代表某元素、某元素的一个原子和某元素的原子量。分子式代表某种物质、某种物质的一个分子和某种物质的组成(即表明这种物质由哪几种元素组成和这种物质的一个分子里含有各种原子的个数)。碘是单质,它的分子式是“Ⅰ_2”药典上的“碘[Ⅰ=126.90]”应写成与该书第502页“氧[O_2=32.00]”那样的“碘[Ⅰ_2=253.80]”为
The text of the Second Edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (the 1977 edition) contains the molecular formulas (and some structural formulas) and the molecular weights of all kinds of drugs. Only the elemental symbols and atomic weights are listed on page 663. Some pharmaceutical literature in iodine-containing preparations, iodine identification and determination of the content is often “Ⅰ” for “iodine.” The symbol of an element represents an element, an atom of an element and the atomic weight of an element. A formula represents a substance, a molecule of a substance, and the composition of a substance (ie, which elements of the substance it is composed of and the number of atoms in a molecule of the substance).
