国内有关标准都应用经典的富尔哈特法测定氯化物含量。由于AgSCN的溶度积(1.0×10~(-6)M)小于AgCl的溶度积(1.7×10~(-5)M),当达到等当点后,SCN~-就会将AgCl沉淀转化为AgSCN,要消耗过多的NH_4SCN,所以在用NH_4SCN标准液回滴之前,需向待测液中加入硝基苯,并强烈振摇,使硝基苯包在AgCl的表面上,减少AgCl与SCN~-的接触,防止沉淀转化。硝基苯属于挥发性剧毒药,对长期操作者的身体健康及环境污染都有害。近年来虽然有对其介质进行改进的报道,但在医院制剂中尚未见应用。我们以复方氯化钠注射液为例,在富尔哈特法中以甘油代替硝基苯测定Cl~-含量进行实验考察,现将实验报告于下:
