中西医治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效分析

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗无明显神经症状的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择2007年1月—2013年12月老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采取严格卧床、鲑鱼降钙素及骨化三醇治疗、中医辨证用药、物理治疗及功能锻炼等方法;对照组采取卧硬板床、消炎镇痛等对症处理,测量观察组及对照组患者治疗前后骨密度、碱性磷酸酶、血清骨钙蛋白变化,进行疗效评价。结果:观察组与对照组患者治疗前骨密度、碱性磷酸酶、血清骨钙蛋白相比无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组患者经中西医抗骨质疏松治疗后骨密度变化与对照组相比显著增高(P<0.05),且碱性磷酸酶、血清骨钙蛋白变化与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:骨质疏松所致胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,应用中西医结合积极治疗可明显改变患者骨密度及骨代谢指标,缓解患者疼痛,促进骨折愈合,是可靠的治疗方法。 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures without obvious neurological symptoms. Methods: From January 2007 to December 2013, 120 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with strict bed rest, salmon calcitonin and ossification Alcohol treatment, traditional Chinese medicine, physical therapy and functional exercise; the control group to take hard bed, anti-inflammatory and analgesic symptomatic treatment, measurement of observation group and control group before and after treatment of bone mineral density, alkaline phosphatase, serum osteocalcin Change, the efficacy evaluation. Results: There was no significant difference in bone mineral density, alkaline phosphatase and serum osteocalcin between the observation group and the control group before treatment (P> 0.05). The bone mineral density in the observation group after treatment with anti-osteoporosis was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the changes of alkaline phosphatase and serum osteocalcin were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures caused by osteoporosis, the active treatment of Integrative Chinese and Western medicine can significantly change the patient’s bone mineral density and bone metabolism indicators, relieve pain and promote fracture healing, is a reliable treatment.
