对热锻模模膛表面进行强化,在热锻模模膛表面熔覆Ni60-WC金属陶瓷层,其中陶瓷粉末以70%/30%、80%/20%和90%/10%的3种比例混合。采用等离子喷涂、等离子重熔和喷焊3种方法对WC的3种比例粉末试样进行实验,分析其显微硬度、热膨胀系数、比热容和热导率。实验分析发现:3种方法中喷焊的显微硬度最高,喷涂其次,重熔最差;增加WC的比例分数,覆层的显微硬度逐渐增大;3种处理方法中,喷焊试样的热物性和孔隙率最好。实验结果表明,30%WC粉末采用喷焊方法得到的覆层更有利于热锻模模膛表面的强化。
