针对湖北省民办高校人才培养与人才需求间存在的民办高校服务区域经济的意识不强,人才培养目标定位不准,专业设置与区域经济社会发展需求脱节等问题,提出了促进民办高校与区域经济共赢的策略。通过进行教学内容和教学大纲的调整,教学方式和方法的改革,以服务区域经济为导向,提高民办高校毕业生的市场竞争力。
In order to solve the problems of non-governmental colleges and universities in service area economy such as the lack of awareness of personnel training and the talent demand, the imperfect orientation of talents training, the discrepancy of professional setting and the demand of regional economic and social development, Win-win strategy.
