下部钻具组合的型式是影响井眼轨迹的重要因素之一。本文应用有限单元法,对下部钻具组合进行二维及三维静力分析,编制了相应的计算机程序。对下部钻县组合的工作特性进行了全面的分析。计算出了两种规格(12 1/4″井眼中的8″钻铤及8 1/2″井眼中的6 1/4″钻铤)、三种(一个、两个及三个扶正器)钻具组合的各种特性曲线,并从中优选出一些性能较好的钻具组合。文中还推荐出两种规格各九种型式性能较好的钻具组合,供定向钻井部门参考使用。
The type of lower-hole assembly is one of the important factors that affect the wellbore trajectory. In this paper, two-dimensional and three-dimensional static analysis of the bottom hole assembly is carried out by using the finite element method, and the corresponding computer program is compiled. A comprehensive analysis of the working characteristics of the lower drilling combination is made. Two specifications were calculated (8 “drill collars in 12 1/4” boreholes and 6 1/4 “drill collars in 8 1/2” boreholes), three (one, two, and three centralizers) Drill tool combination of various characteristics, and from which to choose some better performance drill assembly. The article also recommended two specifications of the nine types of performance better drilling assembly for directional drilling department for reference.
