研究了La:YIG的液相外延生长工艺。测量了在不同温度下生长的膜的铁磁共振线宽△H;测定了膜的化学组成和衬底与外延膜的晶格失配度△a。还测量了电阻率和光吸收系数,以期获得电荷补偿信息.
The liquid phase epitaxial growth process of La: YIG was studied. The ferromagnetic resonance linewidth ΔH of the film grown at different temperatures was measured; the chemical composition of the film and the lattice mismatch △ a between the substrate and the epitaxial film were measured. Resistivity and light absorption coefficients were also measured to obtain charge compensation information.
