应用ras癌基因产物P21蛋白一段氨基酸序列的合成肽的单克隆抗体EB2411和erbB2癌基因产物P185抗体,对人胃癌、癌旁和正常组织中ras和erbB2的表达进行免疫组化研究,结果:P21在正常、癌旁和癌组织的阳性率分别为133%、793%和689%;阳性细胞数分别为(40±15),(219±104)和(1472±400)mm-2,三者之间呈显著性差异(P<001)。P21的表达与肿瘤的分化类型无显著性差异。早期胃癌(病变局限于粘膜层和粘膜下层)P21表达高于进展期胃癌。高分化腺癌中P185IR阳性细胞数明显多于中、低分化癌。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胃癌P185阳性细胞数较少,而Ⅲ、Ⅳ期显著增多。提示:P21参与胃癌的早期发生,而P185与胃癌的晚期发展有关,并参与胃癌细胞的分化调节。

The expression of P21 in early stage gastric cancer (the lesion is confined to the mucosa and submucosa) is higher than that of advanced gastric cancer. P185 IR positive cells in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly more than in moderate and poorly differentiated carcinoma. The number of P185 positive cells in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ gastric cancers was less, while the stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly increased. Tip: P21 is involved in the early occurrence of gastric cancer, while P185 is associated with the advanced development of gastric cancer and is involved in the regulation of differentiation of gastric cancer cells.
