刁海龙总师简历1944年8月生,祖籍吉林省,1966年毕业于大连工学院无线电系自动控制专业,毕业后分配到第710研究所工作,先后参加或主持了某型遥控扫雷艇、某型港湾扫雷艇和遥控扫雷系统等海军装备的研制工作,曾任研究室主任、副所长、遥控扫雷系统总师等职务。
