合成了一种织物柔软剂2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)-丙基三甲基胺季铵盐,通过正交实验研究了反应温度、反应物的摩尔比等因素对酯胺化反应的影响。从而确定了酯胺化反应的最优反应条件:n(硬脂酸)/n(3-二甲胺基-1,2-丙二醇)=1.8,190℃反应8 h。在最优条件下,制得的酯胺的酸价为0.75 mg KOH/g。用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对酯胺的结构进行了表征。最后,与硫酸二甲酯进行季铵化反应,得到了目标产物。
