Tuberculosis is a major infectious disease that seriously threatens the health of our people. Bacille Calmette-Guerin vaccination is an effective way to prevent tuberculosis. After vaccination, the immune effect is affirmative. Its protective power can last from 5 years to 10 years. To understand the immunization of BCG in pre-school children and to screen for tuberculosis early, we conducted a tuberculin test on Fengming kindergartens and preschool children in healthy kindergartens from September to October 2010.
