一、前言1997年8月,笔者有幸作为上海地区代表参加了水利部在湖南省长沙市举办的第四期全国节水灌溉新技术培训班。来自江苏、浙江、广东、广西、福建、海南、江西、上海、宁波等九个省、市、自治区的水利战线上80多名代表出席。大会汇报交流了各地节水灌溉新技术、新成果及推广应用这些新成果的经验方法,同时水利部农水司专家、教授们就当前国内外灌溉新技术进行
I. Introduction In August 1997, I was fortunate to participate in the fourth national training program on water-saving irrigation in Changsha, Hunan Province, as a representative of the Shanghai area. More than 80 representatives from nine provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hainan, Jiangxi, Shanghai and Ningbo attended the conference. The congress reported on the exchange of new technologies and new achievements in water-saving irrigation and experience in popularizing and applying these new achievements. At the same time, experts and professors from the Department of Water Resources and Water Resources of Ministry of Water Resources on current irrigation technologies at home and abroad
