1932年4月20日中央红军进漳。这一年,是中国共产党领导的闽南漳属农民革命斗争运动发展的转折点,农民武装斗争由单纯的游击转变为注意抓创造新的游击区域的努力,进而乘胜抓紧时机,发动群众,扩建农村革命根据地,为开展三年游击战争做好准备工作。云霄梁山等地区就是在中央红军进漳、挺进云霄的革命胜利形势推动下进一步巩固发展起来的。
